世界のパティー料理:栗きんとん(お正月バージョン)

材料

1)サツマイモ :500kg

2)クチナシの実 :1個

3)砂糖 :250g

4)塩 :少々

5)栗の甘露煮 :5~6個

作り方

1.サツマイモは皮を厚めに向いて、たっぷりの水にさらしガーゼに包んだクチナシの実と共に柔らかくなるまでゆでる。

2.1の水気を切り木じゃくしでつぶし、砂糖・塩少々を加える。

3.弱火にかけて15分くらい混ぜながらつやよく仕上げ最後に栗を加える。
