Wooloo.org: made for artists by artists

Wooloo is a platform launched in 2002 to connect artists. Since then, its mission has been to facilitate relationships between members of artistic communities around the world.

Wooloo invites artists, curators and interdisciplinary collectives to publish their work on the website. The work can take the form of individual exhibitions or collaborative Open Calls asking other users to take part in art competitions, social experiments or group exhibitions.

Wooloo currently connects the resources of more than 13.000 art professionals in over 140 countries, enabling all of them to collaborate, share concepts and swap studios when travelling. And this is just the beginning. It is our direct aim that Wooloo’s growth shall continue to empower emerging artists everywhere and further bridge geographical divides by making more opportunities available to colleagues based outside the West.

The first collaborative Wooloo exhibition took place at the renown Artists Space in New York in 2004.

What you can do on Wooloo:

Call & Collaborate: publish your Open Call for participants to Wooloo’s growing network of more than 13.000 art professionals in 140 countries.

Show Your Art Worldwide: build your own artist profile and showcase your work to the thousands of visitors coming to Wooloo every day.

Participate in Open Calls: submit your work to the many physical exhibition opportunities being announced on Wooloo by curators and institutions.

Promote & Share: Wooloo technology empowers you to easily promote your art on social platforms across the internet.
