STIBBERT ART IN THE PARK
Artists Interpret the Park
Saturday May 16, 2015, starting at 10am
Exhibition in the Stibbert limonaia at 5pm
Artists—professionals, students, and Sunday painters alike—are invited to bring together nature and art in en plein air painting and drawing in the Stibbert Park.
The Schedule. Starting at 10am, participating artists, with their art materials in tow, will be welcomed by Angeli del Bello volunteers and will be able to choose where they would like to set up in the Park. Participants can arrive
at anytime during the morning or early afternoon.
There is the option to reserve in advance a customized basket lunch (€ 8,00) prepared by the Museum
café. During the course of the day it will be possible for artists and/or their companions to join the
hourly Museum entrances at a reduced ticket price (Museum hours: 10am-6pm).
At 5pm in the Museum’s Limonaia, there will be a pop-up exhibition, open to the public, of the artwork
produced. The artists will be offered an aperitivo and all Park visitors will be invited to view the
exhibition. Select moments from the Art in the Park event will be filmed by videographer, Irene Sonnati.
The Art in the Park event is free and open to all, but reservations are required.

ARTE NEL PARCO DELLO STIBBERT
Il parco interpretato dagli artisti
Sabato 16 maggio 2015, dalle ore 10:00 in poi
Mostra presso la Limonaia del Museo Stibbert alle ore 17:00
Gli artisti – professionisti, studenti e amatori – si confronteranno con la natura e con le bellezze architettoniche del Parco Stibbert, disegnando e dipingendo en plein air.
Il programma. Dalle ore 10:00 gli artisti, con il loro materiale da lavoro, saranno accolti dai volontari della Fondazione Angeli del Bello e sceglieranno liberamente un luogo da interpretare. Chi lo desidera può arrivare nel corso della mattinata o nel primo pomeriggio. Su prenotazione, al costo di € 8,00, sarà possibile avere un cestino
per il pranzo presso la caffetteria del Museo Stibbert.
Alle ore 17:00 le opere saranno esposte al pubblico presso la Limonaia del Museo Stibbert dove sarà offerto un drink ai partecipanti.
I momenti salienti della giornata saranno ripresi da Irene Sonnati, che realizzerà un video dell’evento.
